We have already seen that verse 21 unfolded for us a picture of the Emperor Constantine AD 313-337, obtaining the Kingdom of Rome, so, the date here in verse 22 carries on in history to 410 AD. Let us then take the first sentence and unravel it. "AND WITH THE ARMS OF A FLOOD SHALL THEY BE OVERFLOWN FROM BEFORE HIM, AND SHALL BE BROKEN".

An ARM is a limb of a human body from the shoulder to the hand or is anything that is extending from the main body, as an inlet to the sea. It is also a branch of a tree, or of power, might, and strength, also an Arm,- as in a branch of the military service,- it is to take or put on arms therefore to equip oneself with arms of power.

These "ARMS" are of peoples referred to in verse 22, are branches of tribes of humans extending from the main body of their nation. Which ARMS with power and strength have equipped themselves to subdue others. These "ARMS" came from the Teutonic nation, referred to by man as hordes of Northern Germany. They were the Visigoths, Ostrogoths, Franks, Burgundians, Vandals, (or Goths) Angles, Saxons, Jutes. Winston Churchill in his "History of the English-Speaking People", wrote of these Germanic races, and said, "that none were more crueller than the Saxons, whose very name spread terror to the British"!

These people were "arms of a flood", -of terrible tribes that verse 22 is speaking of. When one experiences a "flood" whether it be water -or- people, it is a great flow or bodies of water rising and overflowing the land. It is an inundation, which overwhelms and deluges. The great surges over Europe and across the English Channel and into the Isles, of these Germanic tribes, was fast in their desires and furious in its fulfilment. They overwhelmed all before them.

Daniel 11:22 the word "OVERFLOWN" is used. It is a word today which has different connotations than earlier times, to be "overflown" today would mean aeroplanes etc: had passed overhead in the sky. OVERFLOWN here in Daniel however means, it is another way of saying "overflowed," one can use these words either way. Again, "OVERFLOWN" means to be in the state of superabundance that will overwhelm and run over in that deluge.

The sentence of verse 22 now says "BEFORE HIM", or in front of, or in the presence of, previously, formally and already etc. The "HIM" of verse 22 is the then Emperor of Rome itself, which the words Him or He has been seen in previous verses representing Rome. We are dealing with the city of Rome and not the province of Britain. In this sentence therefore, Daniel is saying Rome will have in its very presence of history, peoples overwhelming his strength, and these Germanic peoples once fought with "HIM" or "BEFORE" in Rome's sight.

The words "and shall be broken", from verse 22 -which is the remainder of this sentence, -is the overwhelming sentence passed on that Eagle of the "HIM" of Imperial Rome, and he is drowned by those many peoples and humbled.

We have seen how the Republic of Rome changed at the death of Julius Caesar, and how Imperial Rome was ushered in with Octavian Augustus who was to set himself up as a god. We then had others such as Nero, Vespasian Diocletian and Constantine, etc. The latter man divided the Roman kingdom into 2 legs, and the latter setting the seal on the 2 Roman churches.

Here now in Daniel 11:22, we have the breaking of the ruling power in the Western Roman leg. When "SHALL BE BROKEN" as Daniel says, one is to be parted by violence, and rent asunder and humbled, it is to be crushed and made bankrupt, or imperfect in utterance and it "SHALL" or most certainly come to pass.

When we put all these words of this "sentence" back together again, we see that Rome is overrun, overwhelmed, and deluged by many peoples, and indeed history records it was so. This happened when the Germanic tribes poured forward and onward. These "simple words" of Daniel's covered the eclipse of the mighty iron power, of the Roman Empire, which had straddled the Greco-Roman world for so long. Falling to the migration of the German tribes during 395-500 AD. Let us remember what secular history says of those times.

During 369 AD Valens, the then Emperor of Constantinople who was fighting on the Danube in Germany made a treaty with the Germanic King, Athanaric, nevertheless by 375 AD some of these Germanic tribes appeared on the frontiers of the Roman Empire. Who had been pushed out of their own lands by the Huns of Southern Russia, and they were a starving mass of people.

Emperor Valens allowed them to enter Thrace, soon there was uncontrollable pillaging; They even threatened the city of Constantinople itself, where upon, Valens with his troops fought these now ever-growing tribes, but he was killed in 378 AD. The Goths also were causing havoc in Thrace and Macedonia. This problem of these ever-flowing peoples was the shadow of things to come, namely the deadly wound inflicted upon Rome itself.

Emperor Valens's brother Valentinian, was Emperor of the western leg of Rome until 375 AD. Upon his death his son Gratian aged 16,took the throne of Rome. The throne continued to change hands over the following years. Some of the peoples of Goths, and Franks, etc. were taken into the empire to serve Rome. Where the laws became harsher and harsher, as many individuals vied for positions of power. By the 5th century the "division" of the 2 legs of Rome was complete and permanent.

Rome itself was now under the Emperor Honorius, and Alaric chieftain of the Visigoths, appeared once more demanding land and money. It seems he got what he wanted because he pillaged Rome for 3 days, and when the sacking ended, so did the power of Imperial Rome, which fell in 410 AD.

These Germanic tribes, which poured like rivers of water over Rome's mighty empire now "flowed on" with other branches of the tribes joining them. Ever pushing each other out of the way, deluging and overwhelming all before them on and on into Greece, Gaul, Spain, then spreading out and flooding all European lands. Soon it was the Roman "Diocese of Britons" turn to fall under the overflowing Germanic tribes. The incoming Angles, Saxons, and Jutes landings in the "Isles", were years of terror for the inhabitants. They had begun their incursions over many years "before" the Roman legions left the Isles. Time and time again the Romans and the Celtic British etc. banded together by land and sea to repel those barbaric invaders, but gradually the Romans had to leave the British peoples to their fate. Until, at last the Roman dragon's legions decided to shed the "10 horns" of the British province to wither and die. Because its dragon body was being molested to death by the Germanic tribes. So, it withdrew all its legions and Angles and Saxon dark waters flowed over British shores You should have noted reader the words of the "overflowing before him" in verse 2 2 were carried out to the letter, of the Law. Because the definition of the word "before" meaning previously etc. saw those Germanic tribes attacking BEFORE all the Empires fall, for many years.

The flood of those Germanic tribes inundating the Roman Britannic Isles, and Roman Europe has been noted much by the seer Daniel. The verses of Daniel chapter 11, namely 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, are verses entering that period of history which man has called the "Dark Ages" -or- "The Lost Centuries". Because, during these secular abysmal times men failed to record a full account of his history. What we have instead is sketchy or biased accounts, as the example, from historical writings of the Venerable Bede. He who was a Roman monk with superstitious ideas, who also disliked the British peoples and their church.

With the British Isles now bereft of her Roman legions to help her fight the Saxons and Angles, it continued into the 5th and 6th centuries. Britain was also overrun, and overwhelmed, with the "FLOOD" of Picts and Scots, crossing the mainland borders. The Scots crossed the sea from Ireland where they lived, and the Picts of Scotland crossed over Hadrian's Wall. Which was originally built by the Romans to keep them back. The Saxons rowed their dreaded long boats across the North Sea entering that land overflowing as a "flood" from Newcastle to Dover. Where once the sea kept out the invader it now afforded a path for an entry of these peoples.

We will quickly continue into secular history of a "FLOOD" overflowing Britain also. Because verse 22 uses the plural "THEY" who are affected and "BROKEN". Which of course means both Rome and Britain, whose histories are bound up together in Daniel's chapter 11.

Despite the continual upheavals of changing Roman Emperors and the warring that followed these changes. Which also occurred in Britain during the occupation of the Romans. Life was more or less orderly with continued building, and planting of crops a way of living for the people. Many historical writers speak of Rome's occupation in the "Isles", as one of peace, security, and harmony. This was not so because they were occupied and subdued. If one reads much history as one can, the years of Roman occupation held many skirmishes for the people and were put down by the Romans harshly from time to time, and the marching feet of the legions walked over many a mans face.

For example, history tells us that for several years from 193 AD onwards, jealous factions struggled and intrigued for the Imperial throne of Rome. In 196 AD Clodius Albinus, Governor of Britain, declared himself Emperor and set out for Rome taking the legions with him, against the Emperor Severus. A number of times there was a break down in law and order in Britain which spread, because of faction fighting of claimants to the throne.

Clodius Albinus was killed in Gaul. Severus then made peace with Britain, and fortified Hadrian's Wall to the North. In 213 AD the 10 Provinces of Britain were again divided into 2 large Provinces, called "Inferior," the military frontier of the North and "Superior", the prosperous and peaceful south, with Londinium as its capital. In 283 AD Carausius had been appointed to command the Channel fleet, to eliminate the pirates from the Channel. In 286 AD he declared himself Emperor of Britain, sharing power over the rest of the Empire with Maximian and Diocletian. In 293 AD Carausius was assassinated by Allectus his financial adviser, and 3 years later an Imperial task force from Rome came ashore into the south of Britannia, marched North, defeated and killed Allectus, and the Imperial role again established.

During the ongoing years new ideas split up the 2 provinces of "Superior" and "Inferior" into 4 provinces adding. 1:- Province of Britannia Prima, (which included Chichester and Winchester).

2:- Maxima Caesariensis, which contained Silchester etc. Nevertheless, the 10 original tribal provinces of the ancient Britons were still in the Roman melting pot of reshuffling.

Rome's greatness in 400 AD was a system decaying and dying and it had been so for quite a long time. This running sore of ill health from within, made the Roman body vulnerable for those tribes of Teutonic peoples to attack, prevail and overflow. Therefore, this decaying cancer was also in the Britannic Isles amongst the Romans themselves, and the people they governed. Their isolated government all seemed to function, it took only conflict from outside for those walls to also crumble and fall. The "Isles" had been defended by the Romans, -and of course the Britons themselves within the Roman command,- with more and more forts built especially along the seacoasts. Their fleets of ships small and large continually went out to contend with the invaders. It became evident however the oared boats of the Germanic races, from Holland, Denmark, and Germany could slip through here and there into the "Isles" and pillage the towns.

During these long years of Roman occupation when the throne of Rome was up for "grabs", the Picts of Scotland again and again, pierced Hadrian's Wall and crossed over into Britain.

In the year 367 AD the great horror of overwhelming tribes attacked Britain in great numbers, this year in particular has gone down in history as outstanding for these peoples. It seemed as if the Picts, Scots, and Saxons combined their forces to all attack at once, and their ferocity was dreadful. Nothing and nobody were spared the flood of barbarians which overtook them. The Britons and the Romans fought hard to defend themselves, time and time again they had appealed to Imperial Rome for help, which only stemmed the tide of people. The British Province needing help badly wanting more soldiers from Rome for its defence. Instead, the Isles was stripped now the then of her forces, which were needed for the defence. of Rome and the continent of Europe. I said earlier, the Roman legions returned to defend their own land leaving Britain to face her fate alone in the year 410 AD.

From bits and pieces of recorded history it is known that by 442 AD and disaster after disaster, the British people were now under the power of the Angles, Franks, Jutes and Saxons. The once fertile land, with large Roman houses now suffered ruin under their hands! The mass migration of Northern Germany's tribes had begun in earnest, and the "ARMS OF THAT FLOOD" of people swamped Britain, which became "OVERFLOWN" as Daniel records.

We come now to the last part of the sentence of Daniel 11:22. "YEA, ALSO THE PRINCE OF THE COVENANT". Our first question to this statement should be "who" is the Prince of the Covenant?

First and foremost, we need the definition of the word "PRINCE", it means:- One who takes or holds the first place, in peoples it's a Chief or Supreme Ruler, A Sovereign, of an independent state, and one who has the government of that particular state or territory. A "Prince" is a son of a king and ruler, a male of a royal family set apart.

Daniel in his writings, often refers to Michael, the ministering angel of God upon the earth, as a "PRINCE". Daniel 10:13. "BUT THE PRINCE OF THE KINGDOM OF PERSIA (namely, Cyrus and Darius etc:) WITH STOOD ME. (Or- in a sense to be against, or in opposition to, to make a stand and to resist) ONE AND TWENTY DAYS; BUT LO, MICHAEL, ONE OF THE CHIEF PRINCES, CAME TO HELP ME; AND I REMAINED THERE WITH THE KINGS OF PERSIA".

PRINCE Michael here is spoken of as a "chief ruler" a "male of a royal family", of an "independent state", to that of the kingdoms of men.

Daniel teaches us that, "GOD RULES IN THE KINGDOM OF MEN". Daniel 4:17:-

"THIS MATTER IS BY DECREE OF THE WATCHERS, AND THE DEMAND BY THE WORD OF THE HOLY ONES; TO THE INTENT THAT THE LIVING MAY KNOW THAT THE MOST HIGH RULETH IN THE KINGDOM OF MEN, AND GIVETH IT TO WHOMSOEVER HE WILL, AND SETTETH UP OVER IT THE BASEST OF MEN".

If Daniel's prophecies have taught us nothing else, he has taught us "that" particular truth at least. Otherwise, we could not unravel man's history century after century, in verse after verse from the Bible in detail, as we have done, if God did not rule! Men say, Satan rules in the kingdoms of men, Nay! It is God! Satan, (which is the evil of men's fleshly hearts) rules only when men shut out God, and allow their "own" evil full reign in their lives. When one reads of Constantine or Hitler and many thousands of men like them through history, they, were the adversaries to others. The stages of history for all men have been preset by God, and it cannot be altered only fulfilled. The presetting of those stages of history have been accomplished in this way, so that man eventually will see that indeed God is very much alive! And not dead as man conjectures from time to time.

Let us first establish this and read a few verses "WHO" rules in man's kingdoms. Daniel 2:20-22.

Verse 20:- "DANIEL ANSWERED AND SAID, BLESSED BE THE NAME OF GOD FOR EVER AND EVER; FOR WISDOM AND MIGHT ARE HIS";
Verse 21:- "AND HE CHANGETH THE TIMES AND THE SEASONS; HE REMOVETH KINGS, AND SETTETH UP KINGS; HE GIVETH WISDOM UNTO THE WISE, AND KNOWLEDGE TO THEM THAT KNOW UNDERSTANDING";
Verse 22:- "HE REVEALETH THE DEEP AND SECRET THINGS; HE KNOWETH WHAT IS IN THE DARKNESS, AND THE LIGHT DWELLETH WITH HIM";

Can anything be clearer than that? The Almighty God sets all stages of history and sets up all men to play their parts in their times and seasons, but it is up to them "how" they play that part. Good or bad they will reap their "own" rewards after their performance!

This way of imparting knowledge of God and His ways must be carried out, because "He" is a Creator. Therefore, creates circumstances for people, that knowledge to be understood and to prove to man that "He" -God- exists!

If you want other proofs on this question: turn up verses on "appointed times", -or- "set times" when we see these words running through the prophecies of Daniel. Because an "appointed time" for this or that to come to pass, means the stages for men and of history have already been "created", and "set", in time zones through the centuries. All that remains is for "that" appointed time" to be reached, then, a certain person brings his own will into that "time" and fulfils it!

The prophet Isaiah tells us many things of the secret workings of God, such as:- Isaiah 46:8-10.

Verse 8:- REMEMBER THIS, AND SHEW YOURSELVES MEN; BRING IT AGAIN TO MIND, O YE TRANSGRESSORS".
Verse 9:- "REMEMBER THE FORMER THINGS OF OLD; FOR I AM GOD, AND THERE IS NONE ELSE; I AM GOD, AND THERE IS NONE LIKE ME".
Verse 10:- "DECLARING THE END FROM THE BEGINNING, AND FROM ANCIENT TIMES THE THINGS THAT ARE NOT YET DONE, SAYING, MY COUNSEL SHALL STAND, AND I WILL DO ALL MY PLEASURE".

Now then, in Isaiah we have The Almighty God, who is ruler over all things of the light, and of the darkness, past and present also future. "He" is a Sovereign over heaven and earth and His Son The Lord Jesus also a Sovereign over the earth, yet! Jesus is a "PRINCE" and Son of a Sovereign.

Various angels who have direct rulership from God are also Sons of God and "PRINCES". But in a different category to Jesus. The "PRINCES" within the angels have a narrower, or less important command in the scheme of things.

A similar concept is seen in the princes of earthly royal families of men. The first prince is the most important to the sovereign and his throne, the other princes have titles and conditions to a lesser degree. Yet! Are they all royal princes.

So, when Daniel speaks of the "PRINCE OF THE COVENANT", he is not only speaking of the Prince of Princes,- The Lord Jesus. He is speaking also of the Princes Michael and Gabriel, etc. whose ministering might is also in the earth amongst men as seen in prophecy.

Many religious sects continually teach that Michael and Jesus are one and the same. This idea is belittling the understanding and knowledge of the structure, of Gods administrating hierarchy around Him!

(I will go into this misunderstanding of Michael and Jesus being one and the same when we translate chapter 12 of Daniel).

The "PRINCE OF THE COVENANT" here spoken of in verse 22, is the "PRINCE MICHAEL". This Archangel's power is in the earth now amongst men and has been for many a century. (Now don't let this idea of an Archangel presiding over a nation on earth throw you off balance reader)! People have become used to the idea angels are not seen, or not accepted as factual entities, so they do not exist. When one becomes acquainted with how the first principles of the oracles of God work in the earth, you will accept their presence as normal!

Man's danger of misunderstanding Scripture is when humping all things belonging to men and angels together, and calling "that" normal. For example, calling Michael, Jesus, or "all" Israel the Jews etc.

Here in Daniel 11:22, we shall speak quickly of this very important "COVENANT" this vast promise, which has kept the nation of the House of Israel, and the nation of the House of Judah alive, throughout the terrible centuries that have passed.

A "COVENANT" is an "agreement" between two or more persons, it is a bargain struck in a formal contract in writing. If that "agreement" is broken by either side, then penalties are the result.

The prophecies of Daniel do not only tell the tale of secular history, but also "must" impress upon its reader, that God in His love for Abraham and the promises made to him, kept those promises in "His" complete faithfulness; God fulfilled "His" promises of the COVENANT throughout history and did so for all to see. If only we all had the eyes to see and ears to hear!

Therefore, the "COVENANT" spoken of in verse 22 of Daniel 11, is "not that" fleshly promise which was made when our King, My Lord Jesus died on the cross and rose from the dead, so that we to might live again. (For "that" COVENANT pertained to the spirit within man).

Verse 22 is the fulfilling of an "EVERLASTING COVENANT" made both after the "flesh" and "spirit" between God, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the fathers' of both houses of Israel, (Judah and Israel).

Ten of those tribes were overwhelmed and lost throughout other nations in the earth, because of penalties breaking the agreement. Their history and the telling of it HAD to be registered and worked out, then put into effect throughout the histories of mankind. It "HAD" to be noted and registered in a book called The Holy Bible and made completely discernible by biblical students at the end of thousands of years of man's history. So, once more man can see after the searching, that the remnant of Israel lives. Though sorely chastised under many nations, and man can see and acknowledge that indeed God kept His promises, both fleshly and spiritual in the COVENANTS. Daniel's' prophecies were recorded under Nebuchadnezzar, which was many hundreds of years before our Lord Jesus Christ's allotted place in history had come. (Daniel did however see and record in verse 14 of this chapter, how man tried to establish the "vision" of that same Messiah).

The Abrahamic "COVENANT" was "confirmed" during the week of years, within the ministry of Jesus upon earth, as verse 27 of Daniel chapter 9 states. Therefore, that same "COVENANT" is still in operation even today, almost 2,000 years since its confirmation by "Him", who Redeemed those children!

Let us quote from holy Scripture what the "COVENANT" between God and Abraham says; Genesis 17:4-8.

Verse 4:- "AS FOR ME, BEHOLD, MY COVENANT IS WITH THEE, (Abraham) AND THOU SHALT BE A FATHER OF MANY NATIONS".
Verse 5:- "NEITHER SHALL THY NAME ANY MORE BE CALLED ABRAM, BUT THY NAME SHALL BE ABRAHAM; FOR A FATHER OF MANY NATIONS HAVE I MADE THEE".
Verse 6:- "AND I WILL MAKE THEE EXCEEDING FRUITFUL, AND I WILL MAKE NATIONS OF THEE, AND KINGS SHALL COME OUT OF THEE".
Verse 7:- "AND I WILL ESTABLISH MY COVENANT BETWEEN ME AND THEE AND THY SEED AFTER THEE IN THEIR GENERATIONS FOR AN "EVERLASTING COVENANT", TO BE A GOD UNTO THEE, AND TO THY SEED AFTER THEE".
Verse 8:- "AND I WILL GIVE UNTO THEE, AND TO THY SEED AFTER THEE, THE LAND WHEREIN THOU ART A STRANGER, ALL THE LAND OF CANAAN, FOR AN EVERLASTING POSSESSION; AND I WILL BE THEIR GOD".

This is a fleshly covenant sealed by the "Spirit" of God, because He spoke these words. Here in these verses God has set the stage of secular history for years to come, for Abraham's children Yet! Despite this knowledge, God set a particular "seal" on one particular "seed" from all the nations, to come out of Abraham's loins. Through a promised son Isaac, that "seed" was made manifest and came into fruition. The "seed" became Jacob/Israel, and the 12 tribes known as Israelites fulfilled that role in the earth. They fell into evil ways and were chastised and dispersed through, and amongst other nations. Yet! That "EVERLASTING COVENANT" still remains!

Otherwise, Jesus could not have "confirmed" it in Roman times, when the House of Judah was noted during the Messiah's season in history. Jesus told us that the "House of Israel" became known as lost sheep, wandering upon every high hill in the world who were acknowledged also during the Messiah's time!

Saint Paul in Galatians 3:17 also endorses this "EVERLASTING COVENANT" which cannot be disannulled. Spoken many hundreds of years AFTER the "seer" Daniel, had prophesied all this in secular history.

Daniel prophesied of the "waymarks" and "high heaps" in history, of the travels, which the tribes of Israel in their troubles had fulfilled. Whose paths travelled through the time zones of other men's history.

Paul said, "AND THIS I SAY, THAT THE COVENANT, THAT WAS CONFIRMED BEFORE OF GOD IN CHRIST, THE LAW, WHICH WAS FOUR HUNDRED AND THIRTY YEARS AFTER, "CANNOT DISSANUL", THAT IT SHOULD MAKE THE PROMISE OF NONE EFFECT". So, Daniel in prophesying verse after verse in chapter 11 from the early times of Darius the Mead, to the "end time" up to 2,000 AD and beyond; Is proof positive to us reader,-beyond all doubt,- where the 10 lost tribes of Israel ARE in this world, also what became of the House of Judah in their travels, and how the "COVENANT" functions and remains to this day! We now come back to Michael the "PRINCE" of that "COVENANT". Because he is the ONE who makes sure that the nation of Israel fulfils its role in the earth. He protects the "elect Abrahamic seed" under that covenant; (To be "called out" of the earth in the last days), when the right time zone and season has come! In Daniel 11:22 we see Michael's role in the earth towards Israel. "AND AT THAT TIME SHALL MICHAEL STAND UP, THE GREAT PRINCE WHICH STANDETH FOR THE CHILDREN OF THY PEOPLE". Note Prince Michael's role in the earth reader, his power is for Israel's children.

Now let us go back to Daniel 11:22 where it says:- "AND SHALL BE BROKEN; YEA ALSO THE PRINCE OF THE COVENANT". Up until verse 22 of this chapter, Michael the PRINCE OF THE COVENANT, of these people called Israelites, -some of which being pushed into the "Isles" of Britain,- has withstood many nations. Prince Michael's power and strength in withstanding others and helping Israel to live. So, they eventually would be masters of their own destiny, within the nations of the earth that swallowed them up. -His main role was to make sure that the handful of the "holy seed" of Israel was kept alive. Michael's "strength" however became weaker and weaker, as each milestone or waymark of history in these verses was fulfilled; Until we reach verse 22 then, his "strength" to resist these evil forces of Rome, and Germanic tribes is BROKEN.

The "PRINCES" of Angels are very powerful, but only as the Lord God permits at a given time in secular history. Because these angels have to make sure history is fulfilled as God ordained from the beginning.

Men do not know of their powerful presence walking the earth on a day-to-day basis. Men cannot see them because they are hidden from men's eyes in another dimension, which dimension is a whisper away from the natural laws that control mankind. Let us read verses pertaining to PRINCES of angels fighting in men's political power struggles. Daniel 10:13-21

Verse 19:- "BUT THE PRINCE OF THE KINGDOM OF PERSIA WITHSTOOD ME ONE AND TWENTY DAYS; BUT, LO, MICHAEL, ONE OF THE CHIEF PRINCES, CAME TO HELP ME; AND I REMAINED THERE WITH THE KINGS OF PERSIA".
Verse 20:- "THEN SAID HE, KNOWEST THOU WHEREFORE I COME UNTO THEE? AND NOW WILL I RETURN TO FIGHT WITH THE PRINCE OF PERSIA; AND WHEN I AM GONE FORTH, LO, THE PRINCE OF GRECIA SHALL COME".
Verse 21:- "BUT I WILL SHOW THEE THAT WHICH IS NOTED IN THE SCRIPTURE OF TRUTH; AND THERE IS NONE THAT HOLDETH WITH ME IN THESE THINGS, BUT MICHAEL YOUR PRINCE".

You should have noted reader these 3 verses are pertaining to the power struggles between Angels and men, and how history is fulfilled through them. The PRINCES of Angels fought for, and against Cyrus, and Darius of Persia. The angels saw Alexander the Grecian on the historical horizon. We read in these verses also, how PRINCE Michael is endorsed as Daniel's PRINCE. -(Daniel being a Jew out of the House of Judah, with the surname Israel). Michael is the "POWER PRINCE" for the whole 12 tribes of Israel in history.-

We also turn to Revelation 12:7-16 and as we read these verses in what seems a cartoon picture of war in heaven with Michael and his angels. They are fighting the old Serpent, Satan and his angels, when Satan was cast out into the earth. The verses cry "woe unto the inhabitants of the earth and the sea, because Satan has a limited time to fulfil the evil days allotted to him. When his great purpose is to persecute the "woman", -namely Israel's children. When we come to verse 15 of Revelations 12, we read that, out of the mouth of the Serpent (or rampant evil of mankind) was cast out "water as a flood", but the earth helped the woman and swallowed the flood. -(I have gone into greater detail of this allegory in Revelations 12 in another chapter). -So, we will just touch on it here.-

Because PRINCE Michael, - who stands for the children of Israel,- succeeded in forcing the power of evil only in the earth amongst men. Then, it is the forces of this evil power that will prevail for many centuries, until that power has run its full course in its "time zones". The 2 remnants of the nation of Israel during that evil time, will be swept along, with the floods of people who will overwhelm them in history. Therefore, PRINCE Michael's power in the earth to help his people fight these evil forces will instead "not" prevail. Because the strong evil will of men have become powerful and rampant! But God in his mercy hid a handful of his family in the earth, so the holy seed is reserved until the return of Jesus.

From Daniel 11:22, and the "flood" of Germanic peoples pouring out of the mouth of Roman Europe and into the Isles, Prince Michael now has to stand aside and give way to those evil forces in the earth. Because once more Israel is being "overturned" into sadness and darkness. Prince Michael however remains in the earth to this day, and like other angels are the persuaders of men to fulfil history. Yet! They are unseen and their power not felt with very few men.

The Angles, Saxons, Franks, and Jutes, who were entering the "Isles" and overwhelming the British populace, along with the Picts and Scots, many of these tribes also held some of the Israelite nation. Which had absorbed them, who had also become fierce warriors throughout the centuries!

Secular history has noted how alike in features of colourings and stature, these invading people of Germanic stock were, to many of those already living in the Isles; Therefore, they assimilated over the years with ease and as one race called British. The children of Israel had begun to enter the "Isles" with the Celtic migrations, and also in the importation of slaves by the Romans. The slave trade was a normal thing in those days, history is full of terrible stories of this monstrous system, being used right up to the 19th and early 20th centuries.

The book of Revelation chapter 12 gives a description of the great Eagle of Rome, who apart from persecuting the "woman Israel". Also took her into this wilderness of the Isles, carrying them as slaves or conquered peoples on its wings. The "Isles" in early history was indeed a wilderness established in the uttermost parts of the earth! We must understand reader that the power of Rome with its 7 heads (or- 7 ways of ruling), is the power of longevity in biblical history, which affects both houses of Israel the most, and for a longer period in secular history than any other power! As soon as the "abomination of Roman desolation" is ushered in on the stage of history, seen in Daniel 11:22 starting with Constantine I. The PRINCE Michael knows his spirit is crushed by despair,(or broken).

If we go back to Daniel 9:27 we read how the King of Israel, (Jesus) the Princes, fighting for the life of God's people Israel, are all affected from Roman power. "AND SHALL CONFIRM THE COVENANT WITH MANY FOR ONE WEEK; (This happened during a 7-year period and Jesus is confirming, or fixing the "Promises" -or COVENANT- made to Israel. From and through Abraham, and the "many" who saw the confirmation, were the disciples, apostles, and the converted souls during that 7 years (or 1 week), which period "His" ministry covered). AND IN THE MIDST OF THE WEEK HE SHALL CAUSE THE SACRIFICE AND OBLATION TO CEASE, (Jesus was crucified after 3 and a half years of ministry, (midst of the week), who was the "sacrifice" to redeem all Israel, ending the animal sacrifices in men's temples). AND FOR THE OVERSPREADING OF ABOMINATIONS HE SHALL MAKE IT DESOLATE. These abominations are many strange teachings of Scripture, contrary to what Jesus taught. Roman iron rule over the flesh and spirit of man, would be set in motion seducing man's ability to think, causing ruin and neglect). EVEN UNTIL THE CONSUMMATION, AND THAT DETERMINED SHALL BE POURED UPON THE DESOLATE". (Or- until all things are fulfilled as was expected, and that determined and fixed expectation in history was complete. The desolation's have made the Law of God to be turned upside down instead, making men follow lies, and fables; That man automatically accepts habitual rituals that are centuries old, to be right and proper! The word "desolate" means to be forsaken and left alone to lay waste, to make a desert and ruinous state, forlorn and lonely, neglected, afflicted, and destroyed. All these words have happened to the children of God). Now we see "Why" Prince Michael became Broken through the centuries, and "why" when we reach verse 22 His "season" in helping Israel is ended here!

Verse 22 is now embarking its passengers onto the ship called the long dark night, which secular history called the Dark Ages of the "Isles". Because the consummation of the marriage between the children of Israel and Roman ways during all its 7 "heads" of secular power is being fulfilled.

PRINCE Michael and other angels were with the children of Israel when they went as prisoners into Assyria, Babylon, and Greece. As many of the prophets in their stories will enlighten us. The angels were spoken of when their power saved Ezekiel, Jeremiah, Hosea, Daniel, Esther, Cyrus the Persian. etc: The power of the angels was spoken of by Jesus Himself. They saved Peter in prison and shone a bright light upon Paul. Tongues of fire of heaven was directed by them upon the disciples. They were in Rome when some of the children of God died in the persecutions of Christians. But when the children of Israel fell once more to idolatry and pagan desolations, under the Roman form of church, that smothering blanket also weighted Prince Michael and his angels to the ground. This blanketing of angels' power happens when the collective spirits of men are as one. The surge of spiritual power of men is exceedingly strong. When men all think alike strongly for evil, then evil happens. When their minds and will powers are centred on one thing. Such as fulfilling Roman ideas of a spiritual church, then desolation is assured, and truth flies away. Men withstanding angels we read of in Daniel's description of the Kings of Persia in chapter 10.

The Saxon darkness in Britain took away the freedoms of worshipping God, according to Celtic Christianity, which was still alive within Roman paganism. Rome under Constantine I, -in the previous verse, 21,- had set up the bishop of Rome and their form of Christianity as head and tail of God's church. Prince Michael's "strength" lay down in the earth, because "the House of Israel" were to be enveloped in more paganism, in the form of the Teutonic God's of the Germanic races, then pouring into the Isles.

The Roman church with all its pagan superstitious fables, stood poised to knock on British doors. Britain was to be forsaken and left alone, by angels afflicted, and neglected (BROKEN) until it was time that this Saxon marriage to the Roman church was consummated to the full.

The times and seasons for its languishing in "desolation" was to be its destiny, and its course until the first secular Prince, belonging to the Israelite tribes, was to come into the Isles, and take his throne under his "birthright" namely Reuben, in verse 27 of Daniel 11. Who was called William the Conqueror.

To conclude this chapter on verse 22. The Kingdom of Imperial Rome was now "Broken", under the deluge of the Vandals and Goths, etc: and the province of Roman Britain was also "Broken", under the deluge of the Germanic tribes of Saxons etc: Prince Michael's power to enforce the supernatural laws also languished and "Broken" in the earth. He has been scattered in force, power, demonstration, and strength, and that power will not collect together and rise again until Daniel chapter 12, when saving of the elect children before World War III has been reached!
